☆ Grading Policy ☆

We are all excited to be back for 2023, and for full transparency for all parents and players, we have provided some small housekeeping notes below to keep in mind during the coming weeks. 📝

We trust this information will be useful for all families during grading and to assist your player with any concerns they may have during this time.
NB: Grading applies to U11s, U13s, U15s and U17s only.

🏐 Grading will occur for 3 weeks, February 6th – 22nd
🏐 Movement is expected – this is to ensure all players can be assessed amongst a variety of peers
🏐 All players have a fair and equal opportunity throughout the grading process
🏐 Grading will be done by the head coach, coaches and junior registration coordinator
🏐 Teams will be confirmed via team app, along with your coach and team manager at the end of February

Please note, the ENC grading team may not be able to address your concerns immediately at training, therefore we kindly request any queries be discussed via email 📧 headcoach@essendonnetballclub.com.au and a mutually beneficial time can be arranged.
