To ensure the night runs smoothly and your child is present for their teams celebrations, please check the run sheet below:

5:45pm  Doors open for NetSetGO, U9s and U11s arrive early to get a car park, a drink at the bar & enjoy the finger food before the formalities start

6:00pm - Speeches and Team Awards for NetSetGO, U9s and U11s

7:00pm - DISCO!

7:30pm - U13s, U15s, U18s teams can begin arriving, catch the last few songs of the disco, get on the 360 degree photo booth early, grab a drink at the bar, enjoy the finger food and be ready for your formalities to kick off at 8pm

8:00pm - Disco concludes, NetSetGO, U9s, U11s can choose to stay for the CLUB AWARDS or head home

8:00pm - Club Person of the Year, Life Member Induction, Trailblazer & Rohan McIntosh Awards

8:15pm - U13s, U15s, U18 Team Awards

9:15pm - Dancefloor and 360 degree photo booth open for more fun. Continue enjoying the finger food on offer and the city views from Windy Hill Balcony. Enjoy time with your team mates & celebrate the successes of 2024 Winter Season!

11pm - Venue closes.

**A roaming professional photographer and videographer will be present, if you do not wish to be in any footage, please make it known on your arrival.
