To celebrate the efforts of our junior players and coaches throughout 2025, we are proud of host NETFIT at this week's training to provide an epic session that combines Netball, Fitness and Fun!

Sarah Wall, Kate Eddy and Kim Borger (SSN past and present superstars!) will be there to lead our Essendon players through the high impact session!

Please arrive for your session on time:
10&U/ NetSetGO: 4:15pm
11&U: 5:15pm
13&U: 6:15pm
15&U: Optional

If the weather is poor 🌧, we will communicate alternative plans.

15&U TEAMS: have the option of joining in the NETFIT session, OR, walking together with your team mates and coach to YOGEE (Fawkner St, Essendon West) to enjoy a frozen dessert to end your season. The club has secured the discounted price of $10 per player, players to bring their own cash or card. Meet at training at 6:15pm as per normal, and you will be back by 7:15pm for parent pickup. Players will be under supervision of their coach for the hour.
